Due to administrative costs, we are unable to offer refunds. Furthermore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective and you request a replacement within seven days of delivery. You are responsible for your own shipping costs associated with returning the item you wish to exchange for a replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any item returned to us for replacement must be unworn with the tag attached (if the item arrived with a tag). Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product and send it to the address provided in your initial e-mail. Reasonable efforts will be used to provide you with a replacement for the item you initially ordered. If the initially purchased item is no longer available in our inventory, we will work with you via e-mail to identify an comparable product for replacement. Please allow 30 days for processing approved replacements.
